For entrepreneurs

Successful companies are created by committed and exceptional entrepreneurs.
The most important thing for us at Partnerinvest is that the companies we invest in are led by committed entrepreneurs with the drive to achieve exceptional results. As most of us are seasoned entrepreneurs and/or venture capitalists, we know from experience how much hard work and sacrifice lies behind a successful company.

We invest in companies which
• are owned and led by committed entrepreneurs
• are limited companies, which have come through the early establishment phase and are now in the expansion phase
• have a scalable business model and the opportunity for long-term value growth
• display positive revenue and result generation
• can attract another investment partner willing to invest alongside Partnerinvest, e.g. one or more angel investors or another venture capitalist
• have the qualities to become an attractive acquisition target

As an investor in your company, Partnerinvest will be a committed and active business partner. We do not only invest money, but also our knowledge, experience and access to our network. We would expect board representation, but our aim is to find competent individuals within our network to represent us on the board, rather than to be present ourselves. Should we need to inject further capital, we have a network of larger Swedish as well as international venture capitalists who can be called upon. Our involvement with the government-controlled ALMI Group guarantees sustainability and stability.

A first-round investment from Partnerinvest is usually in the region of SEK 2-4 million. During the lifetime of an investment in a company, we could invest up to approx. SEK 10 million. In each separate round of investment, there must be a co-investor investing at least as much as Partnerinvest.

The overall aim of our investment is to create a strong yield in order to be able to sell our shares for a good profit at some point in time. The exit strategy will be described in the shareholder agreement and in an ownership agenda.
